Ada "Dee" Plants, [PRIVATE]; OBITUARY         Mr. John Scott Keeney, 62, of Charleston, passed away due to a sudden illness on Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 at CAMC General Hospital.         He was born in Charleston on Oct. 11, 1953, a son of the late John S. and Muriel Lee Hodges Keeney.  He was retired from C&L  Construction Company, a 1971 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High school, and a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Viet Nam War.         He is survived by his wife, Ada "Dee" Keeney; two daughters, Jessica Keeney of Charleston and Monica Keeney and her husband, David B.
