This document is a land grant for 80 acres in Cahaba, Alabama, issuedto a George B. Augustus on November 14th 1833.The document is in excellent condition. The seal is still attached withthe red wax visible holding the seal onto the document. The document wasissued and signed by the Andrew Jackson Administration. It was offeredfor sale on eBay in July 2005.

It reads, in part:

Whereas George B. Augustus ... Cahaba ...
